Hi there! I'm Dr. Hilary Curry and I would love to help you explore, plan, and design your transformation.
Transformation efforts start with intent.
I can help you define what that looks like from the culture you want to build through to the behaviors you want to embody, tactically help you plan how to get there, and support you through the journey. |
Working with Hilary is truly amazing. She is focused, knowledgeable, motivated and she is making sure the project is going in the right direction by involving the right personnel. Its very difficult to adjust in a new work environment very quickly but her expertise in change management is remarkable. Hilary positive energy and attitude influence people around her. - NC, 2019
Hilary and I worked together on a global implementation project, she was my SME for organisational change management when I was project manager for the Middle East region; we had regular day to day interactions on the project. It was always good to have a dialogue with Hilary and to learn from other regions experiences, which she gladly shared. With her solid experience she could understand issues and together we could find a solution. On top, Hilary always have a great personality and is very enthusiastic, which reflects on her job and those she works together with. - BDF, 2016
Partnership & Support
Approach
My approach is rooted in systems thinking. Ensuring the focus is on the problem instead of the emotions around the problem. By starting here - we are able to look at all of the connections and understand the overall impact before creating a bespoke solution. How does this benefit you? Holistic understanding, relying on both data and behavior, ensures that costly mistakes are avoided and an agile solution that fits your unique operating environment is implemented in the right way with the right resources. |
In Action
When I facilitate my days are filled with colored post-its, lego, smelly markers, creativity, on-your-feet activities, and fun. I ask participants to leave their mobile phones and laptops at their desks, and I use power points as reference slides or to capture notes. At the end of session I generally get asked why all meetings aren't run like that! I focus on constructive challenging through being curious and having the ability to challenge the thinking in the room through experience and best practice from other industries. |
