In late 2018, I was asked by Prodio Audio Learning to develop a course focused on Change Management. I am excited to say that as of 01 September 2019, this course was completed and went live!
The course consists of 12 modules that cover both the foundations of change management as well as complimentary practices such as graphic facilitation and emotional intelligence that can and should be integrated in your change practice. In addition to the content, I connected with 13 experts from around the globe to add their voices to the course. This course counts towards professional development (CPD) hours and includes specific learning outcomes and a short knowledge quiz after each chapter. |
Bespoke learning.

Learning happens in so many ways but the most powerful is through our experiences. Although this video on the right talks about kids - why should adult learning be any different? If we are engaged and experiencing stuff - isn't that how things are memorable and we can start to apply our learning to the real world?
I love learning about new things and then being able to apply that learning to what I am doing and create connections to how that impacts the world around me. I believe that when we are creating learning opportunities for people during projects or in a transformational situation, and those should be just as engaging and fun! |
