Sometimes you just need an expert to get you on your way and help guide your process.  Unlike big firms, I don't arrive with a canned solution that has been implemented a million times.  Instead I come with a rich toolbox of experience and methodology, which combined with my systems thinking holistic approach - ensures that a solution is co-created with the right elements.      

The process and the implementation needs to be interactive and fun - or you just don't get the same level of engagement.  I've found that sometimes practical and simple solutions are just as valuable as engineered and complex ones....  however, they have to have the right resources and not cause extra stress to the organization.

My approach is rooted in systems thinking.  Ensuring the focus is on the problem instead of the emotions around the problem.  By starting here - we are able to look at all of the connections and understand the overall impact before creating a bespoke solution.

In Action
When I facilitate my days are filled with colored post-its, lego, smelly markers, creativity, on-your-feet activities, and fun.  I ask participants to leave their mobile phones and laptops at their desks, and I use power points as reference slides or to capture notes.  At the end of session I generally get asked why all meetings aren't run like that! 

I focus on constructive challenging through being curious and having the ability to challenge the thinking in the room through experience and best practice from other industries.
