Hilary is a Management Consultant and Entrepreneur. Hilary started her career in the Travel and Tourism Industry; during the early years she specialized in program design, instruction, procurement and sales. Looking for a challenge, Hilary refocused her energies into a certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia followed by the establishment of her consulting company, Halston  Consulting. In addition, she has also completed an MBA in Executive Management with a specialization in Leadership from Royal Roads University. Hilary has recently completed a post-graduate diploma in Management Consulting at the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. 

With her high energy, organizational and management skills, Hilary has the ability to see the "big picture" for any type of project and effectively facilitates getting the ball rolling in the right direction. Whether she is directing, managing, facilitating or teaching; Hilary enjoys getting people excited about learning and she believes that people are far more effective when they are actively involved. Her business experience to date has given Hilary a balanced appreciation of business realities and a belief that anything is possible.

Currently, Hilary is temporarily based in the Middle East. She is actively consulting on projects including hospital accreditation and developing business opportunities for coffee growers from India, Kenya and Rwanda.

There are many talented individuals that work with Halston Consulting on an ongoing basis that bring years of experience to the table. They are individuals who bring confidence and quality to any project or business problem. All associates are experts in their field and Hilary ensures that each project is strategically planned out to the last, final detail.

As Halston Consulting continues to develop we have started exploring avenues to give back. From our perspective the most productive way to do this is through knowledge transfer and consulting on international development projects.

Our consultants are committed to provide international companies, communities and nations with pro bono consulting services that engage local clients and help with developmental projects. To date, these projects have come up through other consulting opportunities. We have been able to work locally within country and help improve processes and stability in 3rd world nations.
